Went to the new store on Peoria to get my forever gold bracelet sized. The store is modern and stunning, but the staff is even more amazing than the store. Super service. Kind, helpful, and polite! I will definitely be back for another ?

Needed a replacement chain for one of my wife?s favorite necklaces. The staff did a fantastic job helping me pick a new chain and one far more durable than the original. I even got a trade in allowance on the broken chain. Upon checkout I was a bit blown away that the gentleman helping recalled my name from our very brief exchange when I first walked into the store. The staff went so far as to package the necklace into a new box with a bow and a gift bag of exceptional quality. This could have been a very simple in and out purchase and it was, but the staff went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend shopping and supporting J David?s!
