I recently had the privilege of working with Alex at J.David Jewelry. The hype that labels J.David Jewelry as the premier jewelry store in the Tulsa area is absolutely true. The quality of work done on the custom pieces they helped me bring from imagination to reality is, in my opinion, unmatched. The level of service, professionalism and knowledge provided by Alex at the Peoria store made me feel like his most important and valued customer. And the icing on the cake was that the pricing was competitive. I don?t know how many more pieces of jewelry I will purchase in my lifetime, but as long as they are around, I?ll go to J.David, and frankly, as long as Alex is working there, I will want him to help me.

I walked in with the exact design that I wanted, and Abby made it happen so quickly! The mock-up was ready for review within a few days and was well detailed. We knew exactly what we were buying based on their mock-up. We priced the ring with two other local suppliers first but just didn?t get the simplified service and detailed mock-up we were looking for (our original supplier of choice asked for $1500 down before they?d clean-up the mock-up enough to see what we were agreeing to buy. Hard pass). Both alternate suppliers were slightly ?cheaper? than J David?s, but Abby explained why that might be and told me the questions to ask to help compare apples to apples. She was absolutely correct (metal weights and thicknesses matter!) and she worked to try and improve pricing to be competitive without compromising quality. She won us over and I couldn?t be happier.

JD Jewelry has been the best source for beautiful Jewelry. I have had JDJ do some work on inherited custom Jewelry. They did such a phenomenal job, Jewler is top notch. What makes this a great experience is the care team in the store. Knowledgeable and always with a warm happy smile. High-quality everything, I recommend them to everyone I know.

My Daughters and I have been customers at J. David for 8+ years, 2 wedding sets, several other purchases, and repairs of older jewelry. We have never shopped anywhere else since then as we always have the best experience with them. They truly want you to be happy, and you just feel like they genuinely care about you as if you were family. Never high pressure, always fair pricing great quality/selection, and service after the sale is second to none! If you are looking for jewelry or need something repaired or modified, go see them and they will take good care of you!

I brought my watch to J. David Jewelry for a repair, and the experience has been great so far. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done.
