Needed a replacement chain for one of my wife’s favorite necklaces. The staff did a fantastic job helping me pick a new chain and one far more durable than the original. I even got a trade in allowance on the broken chain. Upon checkout I was a bit blown away that the gentleman helping recalled my name from our very brief exchange when I first walked into the store. The staff went so far as to package the necklace into a new box with a bow and a gift bag of exceptional quality. This could have been a very simple in and out purchase and it was, but the staff went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend shopping and supporting J David's!

The folks at J. David Jewelry were so kind today when my best friend and I came to the store for Forever Bracelets. They were super accommodating and helpful, and weren't high pressure at all. Will definitely be back for some items on my wishlist!

I just bought a brand new Glock watch! I was took away by the Pearl coloring of the watch. Very unique. They didn't pressure me into buying of judge me. Thank you very much!

JD Jewelry has been the best source for beautiful Jewelry. I have had JDJ do some work on inherited custom Jewelry. They did such a phenomenal job, Jewler is top notch. What makes this a great experience is the care team in the store. Knowledgeable and always with a warm happy smile. High-quality everything, I recommend them to everyone I know.

Nate was super helpful with finding my anniversary gift with my husband and I and they cleaned my jewelry while we were there and they've never sparkled so much! The Gabriel and Co jewelry is so beautiful and there are so many pieces that go together for future purchases!
