The staff at J David jewelry was incredible! We were greeted promptly upon arrival and they even had treats for our kiddos that kept them happy and occupied. I needed a watch resized and they did it quickly and perfectly and at no charge. 10/10 recommend for your next special purchase

I just visited J. David to have a watch ?? replaced. Alex greeted me and immediately said he able to help. Within ten minutes I was out the door with a working watch. Great customer service! I?ll be back. Thank you Alex / J. David! ?

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! My son went there to have a watch sized to fit him as well as replace the battery. When they found out his wife is in the Army, they refused to charge him for their services and thanked his wife for her service! So, based on that alone, when I needed to have my wedding ring and another ring sized smaller, I decided to give them a try. I also wanted to have a ring that had belonged to my Mom, who passed away 22 years ago, repaired - a sapphire had fallen out and I could tell that some of the prongs were in bad shape. In looking at my Mom’s ring, they were very honest about how much work was needed and gave me all the options available to me. They realized how much the ring means to me and came up with the best prices and solutions possible to fix it. I will not go anywhere else from now on based on this one experience!! They have gained a customer for life!!

I called the store to ask how much it would cost to take some links out of a watch. Scott answered the phone and said he would do it for free. When I showed up , everyone in this store was so nice, made me feel like a valued customer even though I wasn't buying anything. They gave me a free water and offered to clean all three of my rings I was wearing at no charge. Scott also told me one of my diamonds was loose in my ring and he told me he adjusted it and to come back in in a couple months just to check and see if the setting was holding it properly. I'll definitely be back. I had an amazing experience.
