Excellent service and quality craftsmanship! Had my wedding ring re-sized, we had to have it done twice, and I?m still very pleased. Customer service and craftsmanship is awesome. You can?t even tell it had been worked on and when I picked it up it had been polish and cleaned up, looked brand new. If you need work done or in the market for jewelry I would advise you to give them a chance. You won?t be disappointed.

I couldn't find the ring my fiance wanted anywhere until I came here. The custom made it and the whole experience was many times better than buying from a chain store. I never left the building once without a smile on my face. Excellent customer service and master craftsmanship. I was impressed all the way around.

Went in to get my mens wedding ring repaired today 2-9-19. Needed shank repaired ... was told channel holding diamonds needed repaired and shank needed replaced and was quoted a price over $1K. Left store and went straight to Moody's ... jeweler said CHANNEL HOLDING DIAMONDS was FINE and shank repair is costing me less than $200.

Needed a replacement chain for one of my wife?s favorite necklaces. The staff did a fantastic job helping me pick a new chain and one far more durable than the original. I even got a trade in allowance on the broken chain. Upon checkout I was a bit blown away that the gentleman helping recalled my name from our very brief exchange when I first walked into the store. The staff went so far as to package the necklace into a new box with a bow and a gift bag of exceptional quality. This could have been a very simple in and out purchase and it was, but the staff went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend shopping and supporting J David?s!

J David provided exceptional service when I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized. I discovered I was about to lose my stone so they not only resized but replaced the prong setting for the diamond. I also had a gold chain necklace clasp replaced. Everyone in the store was so warm, friendly and helpful as well as very professional. When I picked up my jewelry it all looked like new! I can?t recommend highly enough this jewelry store.
