My fiance purchased my engagement ring from an online retailer that I won't name. The stone kept coming loose, and I was absolutely heartbroken. The retailer "repaired" it, but the ring still wasn't right. As an act of desperation I called J. David, and Nate was the one who picked up the phone. He suggested that I bring the ring in so he could look at it, and I immediately headed his way. Nate was so knowledgeable about my ring, and he was able to talk me through the logistics of working on my metal and stone, just from taking a look at it (I didn't know what metal it was!) He was so clearly an expert on the subject. He took my ring to the back, and came out with the stone perfectly in place. He was able to explain how to online retailer had not set the prongs correctly, and he was able to adjust them quickly (for free!!!!!!!!) I will 100% be coming back to J. David when my fiance and I are ready to splurge and order a custom band for my ring. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was today! They took my heartbreak and fixed it right up.
