I recently had the privilege of working with Alex at J.David Jewelry. The hype that labels J.David Jewelry as the premier jewelry store in the Tulsa area is absolutely true. The quality of work done on the custom pieces they helped me bring from imagination to reality is, in my opinion, unmatched. The level of service, professionalism and knowledge provided by Alex at the Peoria store made me feel like his most important and valued customer. And the icing on the cake was that the pricing was competitive. I don?t know how many more pieces of jewelry I will purchase in my lifetime, but as long as they are around, I?ll go to J.David, and frankly, as long as Alex is working there, I will want him to help me.

Best jewelry store in Tulsa, from watches to custom pieces they will get you taken care of, whole staff is friendly, always helpful, and responsive. Can?t recommend J. David in Broken Arrow enough!

Faith was awesome, she took her time with us and made sure, we understood everything. She also was very knowledgeable at what she was doing. We did not just feel like a customer to her, but she was very interested and getting to know us as people. We were very glad that she took the time and interest in our lives. Susan and MaeLei at the South Tulsa store are amazing. Susan has helped me and my friends on many occasions and she is always friendly, professional and so helpful. The vibe in the whole store is happy and positive. I never go to any jewelry store other than J. David. They are the best for new purchases and custom pieces and repairs. Do yourself a favor and come see Susan at South Tulsa J. David Jewelry!!!! You will be happy you did!!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from an online retailer that I won't name. The stone kept coming loose, and I was absolutely heartbroken. The retailer "repaired" it, but the ring still wasn't right. As an act of desperation I called J. David, and Nate was the one who picked up the phone. He suggested that I bring the ring in so he could look at it, and I immediately headed his way. Nate was so knowledgeable about my ring, and he was able to talk me through the logistics of working on my metal and stone, just from taking a look at it (I didn't know what metal it was!) He was so clearly an expert on the subject. He took my ring to the back, and came out with the stone perfectly in place. He was able to explain how to online retailer had not set the prongs correctly, and he was able to adjust them quickly (for free!!!!!!!!) I will 100% be coming back to J. David when my fiance and I are ready to splurge and order a custom band for my ring. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was today! They took my heartbreak and fixed it right up. Thank you, Nate!!!

J David Jewelry did an absolutely amazing job creating a custom necklace for my fiancé. My mom and I wanted to surprise her with something meaningful, so we used the diamond from my mother’s original wedding ring. Alex and the team went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. The necklace turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined — it perfectly showcases the diamond and carries so much sentimental value. My fiancé was blown away when she saw it, and it’s a piece she will cherish forever. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.
