***UPDATE*** I like to provide an update on the interaction below. The Director of Stores Nate, contacted me to inquire about my review. Nate understood my frustration and explained to me the mishap of the information I was provided and worked to make it right. Nate and the team found a solution and provided a resolution that worked. I was completed satisfied and customer service was exemplary in taking care of the situation. Nate even delivered the purchase to me at my Home (which was something he did not have to do) but was definitely appreciated. Nate and the team have restored my faith in customer appreciation and customer service. I have always recommended J David Jewelry to anyone who would listen, and I will continue to that now and in the future. Thank you Frankie Hello, I want to first start off by stating that the staff member who assisted me was exceptional and the hospitality was great. The reason for my rating is not Regarding the Ownership or staff. It is strictly regarding their Black Friday Diamond Stud Event. According to their Facebook page and Website, this was an event where you set an appointment to reserve your pair of diamond earrings. I went to jdavidjewelry.com to set an appointment for Saturday at 10 am at their Brookside location. I was told on the website someone will get back to me to confirm my appointment. On Friday 11/29/2024 I received a text message from number 877-343-4378 asking which earrings I wanted and which location was convenient for me (I selected the 1/4 cwt. and the Brookside location). The response back was "Your 1/4 cwt. Diamond Studs are reserved at our Broken Arrow store. To finalize, reply with the time I'd like to "pick them up" Friday 11/29: 10 AM-6PM or Saturday 11/30 10 AM-5PM. I chose Saturday 11/30 at 2 PM. I arrived to the Broken Arrow location 10 minutes early 1:50 (mind you I live in Owasso, thats why I selected the Brookside location). The sales associate could not find me in the system. I had to show her the text message. Then she told me they were out of stock and they can order them for me to arrive Friday 12/6/2024. I felt like I could have just walked in, saw the diamond stud event and placed an order or called and placed an order. The purpose of setting the appointment was useless as it did not secure the diamond studs as I was told in the text message I received that it would. My time is very important to me and a simple text message letting me know they were out of stock would have been a nice gesture. Great People Great Jewelry This was one that didn't work out in my favor when I did everything I was advised to do, to pick up a very nice pair of diamond stud earrings.
