I love this team and this store! I stopped in on a whim to get my ring cleaned and they immediately noticed that my setting had gotten knocked sideways. They fixed it up really quickly and was available for me to pick back up after just a few days. I just picked it back up and it's so sparkly and perfectly set. Thanks y?all!

I lost a diamond solitaire earring and I took the one left to J David and had them put it into a necklace setting. They did a great job and it's beautiful!

My husband and I have been married 46 years and wanted to replace my wedding ring with a ring that honored the original setting but contained a higher quality diamond. J David Jewelry did a wonderful job!! Katy gave us an education on diamonds and helped us in the process of choosing our stone. We appreciate her professionalism in informing us so that we could make the best choice for us versus selling us on a particular diamond. Once we had made the decision, she introduced me to Gabe, the jeweler who would be crafting our ring. He showed me options on how he could put the bands together and how that would affect the overall design of the ring. I'm visual, so that was very helpful to me! We could not have asked for a better experience than we had at J David Jewelry. My ring is absolutely gorgeous!!!!

***UPDATE*** I like to provide an update on the interaction below. The Director of Stores Nate, contacted me to inquire about my review. Nate understood my frustration and explained to me the mishap of the information I was provided and worked to make it right. Nate and the team found a solution and provided a resolution that worked. I was completed satisfied and customer service was exemplary in taking care of the situation. Nate even delivered the purchase to me at my Home (which was something he did not have to do) but was definitely appreciated. Nate and the team have restored my faith in customer appreciation and customer service. I have always recommended J David Jewelry to anyone who would listen, and I will continue to that now and in the future. Thank you Frankie Hello, I want to first start off by stating that the staff member who assisted me was exceptional and the hospitality was great. The reason for my rating is not Regarding the Ownership or staff. It is strictly regarding their Black Friday Diamond Stud Event. According to their Facebook page and Website, this was an event where you set an appointment to reserve your pair of diamond earrings. I went to jdavidjewelry.com to set an appointment for Saturday at 10 am at their Brookside location. I was told on the website someone will get back to me to confirm my appointment. On Friday 11/29/2024 I received a text message from number 877-343-4378 asking which earrings I wanted and which location was convenient for me (I selected the 1/4 cwt. and the Brookside location). The response back was "Your 1/4 cwt. Diamond Studs are reserved at our Broken Arrow store. To finalize, reply with the time I'd like to "pick them up" Friday 11/29: 10 AM-6PM or Saturday 11/30 10 AM-5PM. I chose Saturday 11/30 at 2 PM. I arrived to the Broken Arrow location 10 minutes early 1:50 (mind you I live in Owasso, thats why I selected the Brookside location). The sales associate could not find me in the system. I had to show her the text message. Then she told me they were out of stock and they can order them for me to arrive Friday 12/6/2024. I felt like I could have just walked in, saw the diamond stud event and placed an order or called and placed an order. The purpose of setting the appointment was useless as it did not secure the diamond studs as I was told in the text message I received that it would. My time is very important to me and a simple text message letting me know they were out of stock would have been a nice gesture. Great People Great Jewelry This was one that didn't work out in my favor when I did everything I was advised to do, to pick up a very nice pair of diamond stud earrings.

My forever go to!! Everyone is so kind, friendly and they take great care of my jewelry. They have gone the extra mile to find a specific setting for a project of mine and it finished perfectly. I highly recommend them. I am so very appreciative of everything they do.

J David provided exceptional service when I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized. I discovered I was about to lose my stone so they not only resized but replaced the prong setting for the diamond. I also had a gold chain necklace clasp replaced. Everyone in the store was so warm, friendly and helpful as well as very professional. When I picked up my jewelry it all looked like new! I can't recommend highly enough this jewelry store.
