I went in to have them look at an heirloom watch, after about ten minutes the sales person Kim had my info but unfortunately were unable to fix my watch. Good ending here, while my watch was being looked at my wife was looking at rings and found one she 'loved'. I missed her birthday a couple weeks ago due to work so I acted like we were done and sent her to the truck but went back in and bought her the ring at a very affordable price. Great service and prices so I will be back!

The custom wedding band we had made was slightly damaged (100% me being too rough with it) and J. David came through with the repair and had it looking as fresh as my wedding day 12 years ago! The affordable repair only took a couple of days and the staff made me feel so comfortable that it was in the right hands. We have recommended J. David too many, and even had some friends from Las Vegas purchase their engagement ring here. Overall it's always a great experience.
