My Daughters and I have been customers at J. David for 8+ years, 2 wedding sets, several other purchases, and repairs of older jewelry. We have never shopped anywhere else since then as we always have the best experience with them. They truly want you to be happy, and you just feel like they genuinely care about you as if you were family. Never high pressure, always fair pricing great quality/selection, and service after the sale is second to none! If you are looking for jewelry or need something repaired or modified, go see them and they will take good care of you!

JD Jewelry has been the best source for beautiful Jewelry. I have had JDJ do some work on inherited custom Jewelry. They did such a phenomenal job, Jewler is top notch. What makes this a great experience is the care team in the store. Knowledgeable and always with a warm happy smile. High-quality everything, I recommend them to everyone I know.

I got a custom engagement ring designed by Brandon and the J. David team. Upon first entering the store, I was immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by Faith and the whole process from there only got better! Katie gave excellent advice based on my original idea and they were able to beautifully integrate all the elements I wanted. After listening to my idea, they created a video and 3D model for me to get a tangible sense of what the ring would turn out like. The actual ring is gorgeous and even better than I could have imagined. Incredibly high quality work, excellent process, clear expectations, and wonderful people to work with!

Fantastic experience with J. David Jewelry. They were able to make an absolutely beautiful piece of custom jewelry that is more perfect than I thought possible when I started. Susan at the South Tulsa location was wonderful to work with. She easily guided me through the process, coordinated with a designer, and was always professional, diligent, and patient. J. David also completed the piece significantly ahead of the anticipated schedule. Prices were very reasonable and competitive for the level of service and quality received. Will be returning for future purchases, specifically to the south Tulsa store.

My husband and I have been married 46 years and wanted to replace my wedding ring with a ring that honored the original setting but contained a higher quality diamond. J. David Jewelry did a wonderful job!! Katy gave us an education on diamonds and helped us in the process of choosing our stone. We appreciate her professionalism in informing us so that we could make the best choice for us versus selling us on a particular diamond. Once we had made the decision, she introduced me to Gabe, the jeweler who would be crafting our ring. He showed me options on how he could put the bands together and how that would affect the overall design of the ring. I'm visual, so that was very helpful to me! We could not have asked for a better experience than we had at J. David Jewelry. My ring is absolutely gorgeous!!!!

Fabulously happy with the exceptional service and quality of work as well as the warm welcome I experienced with J. David Jewelry's staff. I had a custom made wedding set from 20 years ago and they found wonderful solutions to repair my cracked band. After a few questions, we tweaked the design a bit, they made me a wax replica to view before deciding and even completed the order earlier than anticipated. Can't speak highly enough of their work, their staff, or my experience. Will definitely be back!
