Susan and MaeLei at the South Tulsa store are amazing. Susan has helped me and my friends on many occasions and she is always friendly, professional and so helpful. The vibe in the whole store is happy and positive. I never go to any jewelry store other than J. David. They are the best for new purchases and custom pieces and repairs. Everytime I come in the staff is extremely friendly & their customer service is unbeatable! This time, I came in for a repair. The work was done ahead of schedule & the necklace looked better than new. J David in BA is my go to jewelry store!
