The customer service was incredible. I came in to get my resized. When I arrived they noticed that there was some work they could do to improve my ring which turned out better than I could have ever hoped for. They returned my ring back to me in a timely fashion and at a fair price. I will return to J.David Jewelry for all of my future purchases or resizing needs.

The staff at J David jewelry was incredible! We were greeted promptly upon arrival and they even had treats for our kiddos that kept them happy and occupied. I needed a watch resized and they did it quickly and perfectly and at no charge. 10/10 recommend for your next special purchase

I came to JDavid to resize my great grandmothers ring. Such a beautiful heirloom and precious to me. From the second I walked into the store I was greeted with smiles and felt so cared for. Kinsley is so sweet and kind! She took such good care of me, and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful, kind and talented Scott is! He's the talented jeweler who did such a beautiful job on my ring. They are so warm and sweet. I will definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs!!!

J David provided exceptional service when I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized. I discovered I was about to lose my stone so they not only resized but replaced the prong setting for the diamond. I also had a gold chain necklace clasp replaced. Everyone in the store was so warm, friendly and helpful as well as very professional. When I picked up my jewelry it all looked like new! I can't recommend highly enough this jewelry store.
