Extremely professional and helpful. I brought my watch to get the battery changed out and they did it right there in store. Took less than 5 minutes. While I was waiting they offered me a beverage and even cleaned/ tightened my engagement ring!

Kim and the team at J David took great care of me and my engagement ring when my center stone was loose. They were able to reinforce the prongs so I wouldn't lose the diamond. I picked the ring up today and it looks fantastic - as sparkly as the day I received it. Thank you! 5/9/25 Update - I lost a small stone on the side of my ring and Kendall, Nate, and the team took great care of me! Thank you!

I reached out to buy an opal piece for my daughter's upcoming birthday. I wasn't able to visit the store, I just had a few questions, but Giulia invited me to a virtual appointment. She showed me the available pieces and answered all the questions I had. She was so friendly and it meant a lot that she took the time to help me. When I'm in Broken Arrow I will visit her in person. She's so sweet.

Everytime I come in the staff is extremely friendly & their customer service is unbeatable! This time, I came in for a repair. The work was done ahead of schedule & the necklace looked better than new. J David in BA is my go to jewelry store!
