I called asked if they could fix my ring and they gave me directions from where I was at to get to them absolutely outstanding customer service the three employees there were so kind and my ring was fixed super fast I will definitely return here to purchase my wedding jewelry and for any future repairs

Susan and Brandon at the 101st and Memorial location are always so lovely to me. They are beyond patient when I?m indecisive and then when I?m impatient to see my new pretty thing. They?ve helped us with our wedding sets and other custom designs that have been wonderful. Absolutely recommend working with them. 10/10

We had the most wonderful experience!! I felt so welcomed! The customer service was so amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and we loved Faith, she was really helpful and kind. I love my ring and I never want to go anywhere else for jewelry. I highly recommend J David?s.

Everytime I come in the staff is extremely friendly & their customer service is unbeatable! This time, I came in for a repair. The work was done ahead of schedule & the necklace looked better than new. J David in BA is my go to jewelry store!
