I absolutely love this location. The staff are so welcoming. They did an amazing on my wedding ring repair that was half the price of a chain jewelry store quote (will post pictures later). They were also able to help me a watch battery ?

While visiting the J. David store with someone else, an employee offered to clean my wedding rings. After the cleaning he brought to my attention that the prong tips were heavily worn, and since the tips had not been rebuilt for 25+ years, I knew that needed to be done again or risk losing the diamond. They rebuilt the crown and prong heads and polished the rings, making them look like new. I was impressed with the quality of their work, the measures they took to secure the jewelry while being serviced, and also the professionalism of the staff. Several of my family members have done business with J. David for many years, and we will continue to trust them with our jewelry purchases and services in the future.

I had a pair of earrings that needed a repair. One post was broken. They were so very nice. I left them and within a day had a phone call they were ready! Not weeks. Not shipped off somewhere else. Repaired on site! This is a locally owned business. Not a retail chain. The cost for repair was very reasonable. Also they sale air freshener that is out of this world. Trust me go buy a bottle. I now have a jewelry store to go shopping and this was my first service with them. Next I would like them to design a ring for me. Stopped by again (I love this store) and Katie was so helpful and we are going to get some loose stones set in a necklace and earrings and I picked up some room spray, there are no words to describe how amazing of an aroma your will make your house!

My husband and I have been married 46 years and wanted to replace my wedding ring with a ring that honored the original setting but contained a higher quality diamond. J David Jewelry did a wonderful job!! Katy gave us an education on diamonds and helped us in the process of choosing our stone. We appreciate her professionalism in informing us so that we could make the best choice for us versus selling us on a particular diamond. Once we had made the decision, she introduced me to Gabe, the jeweler who would be crafting our ring. He showed me options on how he could put the bands together and how that would affect the overall design of the ring. I'm visual, so that was very helpful to me! We could not have asked for a better experience than we had at J David Jewelry. My ring is absolutely gorgeous!!!!

What a wonderful experience at j David. I had an hoop earring that was stuck and Faith and Brie very gently helped get my earring off. Then they adjusted/corrected the earring post. Very professional and excellent customer service!

The only place I trust for my jewelry needs! They are so professional, patient, and kind! I wasn't happy with my ring and Brianna along with the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I cannot wait to go back and make a post-wedding jewelry purchase :)
