Nate, the Brookside, and the BA are team were so informative, honest, and passionate about their work. My fiancé and I had a family heirloom engagement ring that we were trying to get adjusted for me. We were nervous and unsure of what jeweler we could trust in town. J David does their goldsmithing in house, or sends it to one of their other stores in the area. Unlike a lot of places, you can be sure they aren't sending your jewelry to an outside company. We were very nervous on what would happen to the ring because it was so old, high quality, and held a lot of sentimental value. They walked us through the whole process and showed us the area where they clean and service all the jewelry. They provided us with follow up details like insurance recommendations, appraisal services, and let us know we could come in to get our jewelry cleaned anytime. Since then, we get all our jewelry at J David!

I recently had the privilege of working with Alex at J.David Jewelry. The hype that labels J.David Jewelry as the premier jewelry store in the Tulsa area is absolutely true. The quality of work done on the custom pieces they helped me bring from imagination to reality is, in my opinion, unmatched. The level of service, professionalism and knowledge provided by Alex at the Peoria store made me feel like his most important and valued customer. And the icing on the cake was that the pricing was competitive. I don’t know how many more pieces of jewelry I will purchase in my lifetime, but as long as they are around, I'll go to J.David, and frankly, as long as Alex is working there, I will want him to help me.

Came to Peoria location with some antique jewelry, and a ring needing a new diamond that had been lost. Left leaving the ring to be repaired with a new stone, the rings I was wearing were cleaned and sparkled like new, the antique items ?

Wanted to get an appraisal and in the hustle & bustle of Christmas I forgot about the commercials of the change in hours - to my surprise because of the Christmas shopping the store was OPEN!! Additionally Joel was here & happy to know that I listened to the commercial & even more happy that I came to the door and tried to open it!!!

A very impressive store with beautiful displays of jewelry. Great folks to deal with and quick response times. We had two rings resized in a week. A full appraisal of my wife’s jewelry was done very professionally.

I went in simply to have a link taken out of a watch which was not bought at J. David Jewelry. You would have thought I had bought a highly valued diamond from them. They were friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and professional. Count me in as a fan.

I brought my wedding set in to be made a little larger due to not being able to wear it due to arthritis. As always, Jimmy and the staff at J David's Jewelers do an incredible job of making you feel welcome and heard and care deeply about your complete satisfaction.
